Week 20- 神様によってなんでもことができます

Aloha 皆さん!!

As the day for departure nears close the more miracles and blessings I see as the result of the past two transfers come to a close. This week we were able to do so much good and it was amazing! We were able to find 3 more people, put another person on date and plan to put two more on date! I was really thinking about it and how truly blessed we are. Heavenly Father has helped and guided the people we teach and talk to and prepared them to receive his gospel. It's truly amazing. It reminded me of Alma 26:12!

12 Yea, I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever

I know that these things that we were able to accomplish so far are not because of myself. But because of Heavenly Father and the blessings he bestows upon us. Through Heavenly Father anything is possible, and our effort and work will allow us to see those blessings tenfold. For anyone struggling, please take a step back and excessive faith that anything is possible with God.

Highlights:

-Zone conference
-WATCHMAN
-3 friends found, 1 on date!
-I learned a couple magic tricks
-Blessed MLS couple

Zone Conference:

Zone conference was LONGGGG, but it was pretty good. It was a lot about the different scenarios we may go through teaching the regular lessons and how we could better share these lessons with other people to make it a more powerful experience. It was great to see a bunch of the other Elders from our Zone and a couple other zones again. They are always awesome! But after we had lunch (lasagna) I was ready to pass out fr. But overall it was pretty good just wish they had one nap time or something because I was for sure nodding off.

Watch guy:

So there's this one member in our Zone that loves watches and works on them and gives out free ones to missionaries. But yeah paid him a visit and he gave me two super nice watches! One was a lightweight electric Casio watch that's blue and black so super grateful to him! Just helping me grow and nature the inevitable watch addiction after the mission.

3 friends found, one on date:

YESSIRRRRR, pretty hype and I'm so excited for all of them. Really seeing the labor and hard work bear fruit from the past 10 weeks. Crazy that I say that too, IT'S BEEN 10 WEEKS WHAT. Anyways yeah so we put Charlie on date! It's a shame I won't be able to attend any of the baptisms for the friends we are putting on date since I'm going to Japan but I'm happy for them regardless! We also found the Casselberry boys! They've been very off am on with the missionaries more because of the parents but we were able to build a relationship with the parents and really talk to them and they let us start teaching their boys again! We also had our other friend's daughter start joining us for lessons. It's been great! I'm hoping before we leave that we'll also be able to post two more people on date because they really wanna get baptized! It's just been super awesome work wise!

I learned a couple magic tricks:

Yeah kinda simple but the magic tricks are pretty cool tbh. Just thought it was a cool tidbit because one of our dinner appointments the dad is like an actual magician which is super cool and it was just super fun to learn.

Blessed MLS Couple:

Our MLS Couple (Senior missionaries) took us out to Wingstop to eat and talk about our area which was super cool of them. They also dropped off some groceries to us which was super helpful! Look for the tiny blessings every day! I'm super grateful to them though they help us so much!

That's all for this week's email! I love all of yall and hope you guys are having a great week!

SHOOTS!
